Planning Your Practice
Don't go to practice without a practice plan! You need a plan for each practice session to make sure you maximize the effectiveness of your practice time and meet the goals you set for your team.
Writing it down on paper will provide you with a record of the things you have covered and give you a place to make notes about what drills or activities worked and which were not as effective as you liked. This allows you to make improvements going forward.
Remember that it is never enough to cover something once. Repetition is key to learning the fundamental skills of baseball.
